Boyfriend booked us a night in Fern Lodge for a birthday gift, and it was a wonderful one. Met Andy and Chrissy and was shown around Fern and the Hobbit bell, both are adorable. Went for a walk in the woods and horses were in the field nearby. Outside kitchen was fully equipped. After a while we managed to get a fire going on the fire pit (my proud moment ) Will definitely stay here again
Families , lovers and friends ; I simply must pass on my experience at Wishwood , it would be unfair not to ! An incredible experience ; I arrived just off the beaten track and was welcomed into this Ancient woodland by a truly delightful , authentic little team . I was awe - struck by feelings of coming home to Nature and all it's glory . The trees were alive with chestnuts , the totally charming homesteads = ' Fern camp ' and ' hobbit hut ' are luxuriously cozy . There are clean kitchens , sweet and simple compost toilets and even a hot shower underneath the stars and tree canopy . Fires are lit , little fairy gardens are found like treasures amongst the enchanting , winding paths . You and your loved ones are left in peace to enjoy and remember the old wonders of life . There is even a big tepee ; reminding us how beautiful life is when living beside Nature . Pure magic with comfort . Unforgettable I will return again and again and again .....
